Terms for Authors Welcome

Hello, we are XMD Tecnologia. We have met previously in the SeuScript Marketplace Terms. It's good to see you again, and we're delighted that you're interested in becoming an author with us.

Imagine creating whatever you want, whenever you want, from the comfort of your own home, earning passive income whether you're working or not. Some of our authors sell content in their spare time as a hobby, others do it for recognition, and some manage to make it their full-time profession.

Becoming an Author

1. Becoming an author is easy: Becoming an author and listing your items on the SeuScript Marketplace is free, but there's a review process. There are certain things you guarantee in return for the right to be an author, detailed in these Author Terms.
2. Process to become an author: In our Author Help Center, you'll find instructions and resources to get started as an author (including how to sign up, Author ID checks, and how to start selling), along with information about payment, submission requirements, and other important details about being an author.

How Selling Your Items Works

1. What You're Providing: License: When you 'sell' an item, you're making your item available for buyers and downloaders to use under certain conditions; you're not actually selling the item itself. What you're selling includes a license directly to the buyer or downloader to use that item according to the relevant license options we define. For different license types and details on what rights you're licensing, see our licensing page. Take a moment to understand how your work will be licensed!

2. Support Item: You can choose whether or not to offer support for certain items. If you choose to offer support for an item, this will be identified on the item page. All supported items include a support period. Buyers can purchase support extensions for these items. Pricing and Payments

1. Total price of an item on the SeuScript Marketplace is composed of:

• Item price: The item price consists of a license fee (for the chosen item license) and, if applicable, the item support fee (for supported items).
• Buyer fee: This is the fee buyers pay to SeuScript for services provided to buyers.
• Processing fee: In some transactions, the total checkout price may include a processing fee.
• Taxes: Some transactions may be subject to taxes that may be added to the price.

2. Exclusivity: When you become an author, you can choose to make your items and related items exclusively available on SeuScript or retain the ability to sell your items elsewhere. The percentage of revenue you receive from each sale of your item will vary depending on your choice. You can change the exclusivity status of your account at any time. Your Earnings; Author Fee: When your item is sold on the SeuScript Marketplace, you'll receive a portion of the item price from the list price, less a fee charged by XMD Tecnologia. The author fee is what you're charged by XMD Tecnologia for using our platform and services as an author. The author fee is determined based on whether you're selling the item exclusively on the SeuScript Marketplace and the aggregated value of list price sales you've had in the past. The author fee may be changed at any time. Current author fees are listed on our website at https://seuscript.com/authors.

How Payment of Earnings Works

1. Receiving Earnings: When you sell an item, you can request a payout of earnings according to the options available on our site. As buyers pay for items, we hold that money until you request a payout. For information on how to make earnings payouts and the applicable terms, see the earnings payout page.

2. Taxes: It's your responsibility to determine which taxes, if any, apply to the revenue you receive from your sales on the SeuScript Marketplace. You're solely responsible for paying all taxes associated with that revenue. If you fail to provide the necessary tax information to us or our parent company, as required by law (e.g., a valid tax ID and proof of residence), we may withhold payment of your earnings.

Termination: If we terminate this Author Agreement with you, we'll pay you based on our then-current payment terms and conditions, although we may withhold any earnings payments until we've resolved all disputes and issues to our reasonable satisfaction. Additionally, we may reduce any earnings payments owed to you to offset any amounts you owe us.

Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines: When you submit an item, you must ensure it meets the submission guidelines specified on our site. We have the right to refuse or accept items at our absolute discretion.

Item Updates: If you provide item updates to buyers, these updates must be provided free of charge. You can learn more about providing updates in our Author Help Center.

Special Agreements

We may occasionally create special agreements (e.g., referral fee agreement) that will replace or add to the part of this Author Agreement applicable to you.

Definitions

When we refer to "XMD Tecnologia", "we", "our", or "us", we're referring to the XMD Tecnologia company. When we refer to "you" or "your", we're referring to you, the author. When we refer to the "SeuScript Marketplace", we're referring to our website where items are made available for sale or download. When we refer to an "item" or "items", we're referring to the products or digital content that an author makes available on the SeuScript Marketplace.
